A preview of what’s in store for Shardcroft Avenue – a big, detached Victorian house in a lovely corner of south east London.
An extensive schedule or works will see us reconfiguring the ground floor and extending into the garden to create a magnificent suite of kitchen, dining room, and reception rooms. Upstairs we will add finely crafted timber elements to create a principal bedroom suite at first floor and additional accommodation at loft level. Underneath will be a full basement for gymnasium, games room and wine storage.
